Equipment Marketers is proud to be recognized and qualified as Maytag “Red Carpet Service®”. Only those Maytag authorized companies who complete and maintain a rigorous set of qualifications can keep this important distinction. Twice per year, our installers and technicians are trained by the Maytag Commercial Service Manager. Our Service Department has also been awarded Maytag’s Outstanding Service Award Certificate consecutively for the last 9 years.
Customer Service Specialists
Our Service Department staff is not only trained in repairing equipment, they also undergo a Customer Service Training Program to understand the needs of the customer. Our employees are cordial, uniformed, neatly groomed and always identified as an Equipment Marketers technician. The uniform of matching blue jacket, slacks and cap proudly displays the Maytag “Red Carpet Service” logo and emblem. We assure you that our technicians will meet, and in most cases, exceed the performance level you expect.
Warehouses on Wheels
Our fleet of vehicles is branded as Equipment Marketers, with the “Red Carpet Service” logo and emblem prominently displayed on each side of the vehicle. These vehicles are literally “Warehouses on Wheels”, stocking all of the commonly used Genuine Maytag Parts and tools for the equipment we provide.
